We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum spend required.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, orders are estimated to arrive within 4–6 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 6–10 business days from order confirmation. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be subject to change due to circumstances outside our control, such as public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or courier delays. Nurapure is not liable for delays caused by such circumstances.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you have not received your confirmation email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us at support@nurapurehealth.com.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at support@nurapurehealth.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, provided your order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.
Failed Deliveries & Undelivered Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or if you believe your order has been lost in transit, please contact us at support@nurapurehealth.com with your order number and we will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.
Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Nurapure is not responsible for orders that are undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
