How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return, please email us at support@nurapurehealth.com within your applicable guarantee window. Your email must include:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number

Once we receive your request, we will respond within 24 hours with our return address and instructions.

Returning Your Product
The product must be returned to our address before your refund can be processed. Once we confirm receipt of your returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Exclusions
The following are not covered under our money-back guarantee:

  • Orders beyond the first purchase (subsequent renewals or repeat orders)
  • Gift cards — these are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Complimentary or free items included as part of a promotional offer (e.g. welcome gifts, free samples)
  • Purchases made through unauthorised third-party sellers or resellers — please purchase directly from nurapurehealth.com to be eligible for this guarantee
