How long will my order take to arrive?
Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

- Once dispatched, shipping is estimated within 4–6 business days.

Will I receive a tracking number?

My order has not arrived. What should I do?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@nurapurehealth.com with your order number and we will work with you to resolve the matter promptly. Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout was accurate and complete, as we are unable to take responsibility for undelivered orders due to an incorrect address.

We offer a money-back guarantee on your first order. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a refund within the following windows from the date of delivery:

- Monthly subscription: 30-day money-back guarantee

How do I request a refund?

Do I need to return the product to get a refund?
Yes. The product must be returned to our address before your refund can be processed. Once we confirm receipt of your returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
What is not covered by the money-back guarantee?
The following are excluded from our guarantee:
